The Sudanese government has released details of its plan to “revitalize and strengthen” the distribution of humanitarian aid to Darfur.

Some steps that will be taken include –

  • All staffs of NGOs registered in Sudan and working in Darfur are allowed to freely move to and from Darfur states.
  • Weekly performance reports will be submitted.
  • NGOs are to be notified of security situations which may restrict their movement.
