This is a friendly reminder that Fall in Love with Plants to Protect Your Heart is tonight, Wednesday, February 1, 6p-8p at Au Lac in Fountain Valley. Tonight’s Plant Powered OC workshop will be about the many benefits of plant-based eating for a healthier heart.

In honor of Valentine’s Day, certified plant-based nutrition advisors and authors, Laura Robinson-Oatman and Gina Bonanno-Lemos will be talking about heart health and how you can increase your odds of preventing… deadly and feared [cardiovascular] disease.
